Here we’ll walk “end-to-end” through an example of how working in an emergent, systems centered way actually works to solve complex, “impossible” problems – building from the individual stakeholder perspective; through relationship building in teams (or “subgroups”); on to the whole group, organization or network; then into the “ecosystem” in a way that evokes leadership, trust, innovation, execution, scalability and sustainability.
